Service Description

I offer an initial Zoom consultation free of charge, to meet with the client and parent/s.. During this consultation I will answer all of your questions, queries or concerns. This process determines if we're a good fit for each other to proceed through to session 1. In this program there will be 3 sessions. Session 1. We discuss your ailments and we go deep into what is going on. This process is done through a deep discussion where I also share my story and how I relate. Session 2. I educate you on your sub conscious mind and how powerful this part of the brain really is. I educate you on why you do what you do and I offer plenty of examples and videos to engage you in the session.. Session 3. We meet again and we go through your solutions. Together, we map out your dream life, your goals, your purpose, your aspirations, diet, work out and work in plus so much more.
