7 Step Guide To Overcoming The Great Weakening Of Humanity

Over the past century there has been a very slow great weakening of humanity occurring.. This current ‘system’ in our modern society has been designed to make us weak… For example, alcohol makes you weak, smoking makes you weak, drinking fluoridated tap water makes you weak, junk food makes you weak, working a 9-5 job you don’t enjoy makes you weak, a sedentary lifestyle makes you weak, the news makes you weak, TV makes you weak, the schooling system programs you to be weak and the current ‘healthcare’ system is weak, the financial system if not used correctly makes you weak… On and on these things go, making you weaker and weaker…. The people orchestrating this behind the scenes are masters at siphoning your energy which in turn makes you weak. Furthermore, on a spiritual level you are handing your power and energy away, which only enhances and strengthens theirs. 


People out there are crying out for solutions… A pathway out of their current situation here are some 7 Simple Solutions that you can start implementing immediately to ensure your life is getting better and not worse. 

  1. Beome Healthy

Your health is wealth… It is your greatest asset… Simply, If you want to begin the journey towards your best. Start with your health. Eat organic real nutrient dense wholefood, filter your water and get to bed on time…. These are basic starting points and there is so much more. However if you start there, the rest will all fall into place.. 


2. Move your body


Get up off the couch, go for a walk, go for a run, jump on the bike, go to the gym, stretch or do yoga… Simply do something to move your body. Your body is not designed to sit around all day with your hand down your pants watching tv and lazing around….. Get up and move. This is your sign, make it happen. Trust me your body will thank you in the long run. 


3. Listen/read inspiring content.  


No more mindless scrolling looking at crazy cat videos…. There are so many books, podcasts and social media people who are inspiring others to begin the journey deep within. Start with any of my podcasts, search up self - help books and pick one that resonates with you. Follow someone you resonate with who is empowering you… If you’re reading this blog, start with me! Surround yourself with content that is inspiring you to be your best, not your worst. 


4. Breathwork/meditation


In modern society we are so disconnected from ourselves… The best way to reconnect with ourselves is through breathwork and meditation. It is a life changing practise if done correctly. Start with box breathing. Lay down on your bed and mat.. Take a deep breath in and count to 4 in your head. Hold for 4 seconds, expel the breath for 4 seconds and repeat this 5 - 10 times. You will feel more relaxed, calmer and clearer. Then play a guided meditation or sound healing and just be. Let your mind wander. Bring it back to balance by doing box breathing again.. 


5. Create a Vision/Dream. 


The key to separating you from the majority into the minority is creating a dream or a vision. Numerous people out there in modern society are coasting through life completely helpless, lifeless, and in survival mode. Simply, by having something that motivates you to get out of bed each morning will give you the purpose and the drive to make it all happen. That’s the difference. Be the difference. 


6. Solitude 


The hustle and bustle of modern society in this system is draining, it’s tiring, it’s stressful and everything in between. Sitting with yourself in solitude either in nature or by the beach can be so peaceful, calming and relaxing. We all need more of this in our lives. Find solitude with yourself, sit with yourself and just be. Trust me, it’s a powerful exercise once you master it. 


7. Reach out and ask for help.


There is a huge program out there in modern society which is help is a sign of weakness… Help is the opposite. You must go through it alone… It is all bull dust… Help can propel you forward in so many ways. You cannot go through whatever it is alone. Find someone who resonates with you or has been on a similar journey and watch your life change, grow, evolve and transform…. If I resonate, awesome.
